Z Dream Property Marbella nawiązałam kontakt dość przypadkowo i doskonale trafiłam. Gdy wybieraliśmy się na urlop na Costa del Sol napisałam wiadomość do kilku agencji, które miały na stronie oferty, ... more

Complexity
The Spaniards have such a nice saying: "Cada Cliente es un mundo", it means that "every customer is the world". And that's how we perceive and treat our clients. We offer everything you need before, during and after purchasing real estate in Spain.
Discretion
The world is small and "shrinks" more and more, and the speed of information flow can make you dizzy. We work with various clients, some of them take great care of their privacy, while others want to share their joy with their new apartment or home in Spain with the whole world. Our team takes care of customers' privacy and works by saying: "What happened in Vegas, stays in Vegas."
Before and after sales services
We offer full pre- and after-sales service. We lead the client throughout the whole real estate purchase process, offering legal services, assistance in obtaining financing, and translation - if necessary. After the purchase, we will help the new owner to renovate or just refresh his flat or house, we will organize cleaning, professionals of all kinds and we will be available in any emergency.
Individual services
Sometimes life in a new place puts us in completely unexpected situations, which in our country we would be able to solve without any problem, but here in Spain it gets a bit complicated. Then we are a kind of a concierge for our clients and try to help to solve the problem. Sometimes it's just the question to know whom to call.
Flexibility
In theory, we work from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. In practice, we work when our clients need us. Sometimes these are weekends and sometimes days commonly considered as holidays. It does not bother us, such a system of work gives us a lot of freedom. The same applies to the place. Our office is located on the Costa del Sol, in Marbella, specifically in the Puerto Banus area, but we work everywhere where our clients want to look for their dream home. So far, for example, we have rented a flat to a client in Majorca, and to another client, who was in love with the Canary Islands, we found a beautiful villa in Gran Canaria.
With a smile on our face
... because why should it be different? We live and work in a beautiful place that has become our home. Our clients are people who have decided to follow their dreams of living in a flat or a house in Spain. Usually, they enjoy the process of searching for this one and only place; we show them not only properties, but also the area and its beautiful, often hidden places, we talk about life in Spain, we share our experiences. And they are definitely positive, because we really like living here.
